What we do
At Embodied Self, we believe in the power of self-inquiry and somatic practices in providing an integrated approach to mental and emotional well being.
Current offerings include a variety of Authentic Relating and movement workshops. Our mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their authentic expression through embodied exploration, self-inquiry and genuine human connection.
Meet our founder
Anna Bond is a skilled and empathetic space-holder. She supports you in coming home to your body, while building your capacity to hold deep and fulfilling connections with others.
Anna's approach is collaborative and multi-modal, having trained in multiple therapeutic disciplines, including psychotherapy, counselling, clinical hypnosis and trauma studies. Her embodied approach is informed by multiple lineages and experience as a conscious movement practitioner.

Her work is further deepened through an earlier career background as a sociologist, broadcast journalist, writer, issues management professional and palliative carer.

Organisations we support
Anna is proud to give her time in support of these organisations and their
efforts to support mental health and wellness in the Australian community.
